The Restaurant

Like the rooms and family suites, our restaurant is constructed using local Cypres and Lenga wood, giving the restaurant a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The large windows allow our guests to enjoy the spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding glaciers while enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a pisco sour at sunset.

We serve a la carte freshly prepared typical Chilean as well as international dishes for you to enjoy and our menu is changed regularly. Fresh vegetables and herbs, ecologically grown, are taken from our own garden. 

You can use breakfast or dinner time to talk with your host about possible activities you would like to do either by yourself or with a guide.

We understand that our beautiful, almost untouched, environment can only continue to exist if our footprint is left to a minimum. We encourage the natural habitat in and around our lodge by using natural resources and recycle whenever possible.
