Standard Rates

Foreign guests, not living in Chile, do not have to pay VAT on lodging. Therefore, our prices in USD do not include VAT.

Prices are valid from October 2024 until April 2025.

Classic Superior double rooms

Prices for classic superior rooms, including breakfast:

  • Single use: USD 165,00 per room per night
  • Double use: USD 180,00 per room per night

Superior double rooms

Prices for superior rooms, including breakfast:

  • Single use: USD 190,00 per room per night
  • Double use: USD 210,00 per room per night

Family suites

Prices for family suites, including breakfast:

  • 2 persons: USD 245,00 per suite per night
  • 3 persons: USD 345,00 per suite per night
  • 4 persons: USD 360,00 per suite per night

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge

Rates for Longer Stay

The above-mentioned prices are the standard rates for our different room types.
However, the longer you stay, the better the rates. You can even save from 7,5% for 3 night’s stay, up to 20% when staying more than 7 nights. The different rates will appear automatically when you are making your reservation by clicking on the “Book Now” Button and selecting the minimum number of days.

Package Deals

1.    Special lodging and dinner

Package includes:

- 15% discount on lodging and dinner.

- 3- or 4-night’s lodging in a superior room based on half board (breakfast and dinner).
 

2.    Follow the water trails

Package includes:

- 15% discount on the total value of the package.

- 4- or 5-night’s stay in a superior room based on half board (breakfast and dinner.

- boat tour to the famous marble caves.

- full day guided hike to the Puerto Guadal Fossil beds.

The different package deals will appear automatically when you are making your reservation by clicking on the “Book Now” Button and selecting the minimum number of days.

 

Cancellations

The following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation:

A. With notice of 30 days or more before day of booked arrival of the passenger, no cancellation charges.

B. With notice between day 29 and 15 before day of booked arrival, 25% of lodging and services costs.

C. With notice between day 14 and 5 before day of booked arrival, 50% of lodging and services costs.

D. With notice less then 5 days before day of booked arrival, 100% of lodging and services costs.
