Follow the Patagonian Water Trails
The General Carrera Lake district is famous for its water trails. To the west, the majestic glaciers of the Northern Icefield fill the Lake in summer time with huge amounts of fresh, ice cold, water. To the south runs the Baker River, the most abundant river of Chile, which flows into the Pacific Ocean. To the east the Lake stretches into Argentina making it the second largest lake of South America.
We have developed several outdoor programs to help you enjoy the highlights of the course of these millennium waters.
